Once a booking is confirmed, cancellations are generally not permitted. If a resident wishes to terminate their stay before completing the minimum stay commitment after move-in, they must find a suitable replacement resident. Early termination fees may apply if the minimum stay requirements are not met.

A suitable replacement resident must be found by the resident if they wish to withdraw before move-in or terminate the agreement early. The replacement resident must be approved and confirmed by the accommodation provider. Once the replacement is approved and the agreement is transferred, the original resident has no further obligations. Agreement transfers are permitted only after an approved replacement resident is secured.

Once a booking is confirmed, cancellations are generally not permitted. Before check-in, the security deposit may be forfeited depending on the timing of the cancellation. Residents wishing to withdraw before move-in may transfer their booking to an approved replacement resident. A written notice of 21 days is required to vacate the accommodation. Minimum stay requirements vary by property and are typically 3, 6, or 12 months.

We will liaise with the property team to review your request on a case-by-case basis for cancellation. The resolution will be subject to the property's assessment and the terms of your booking.
