Early termination by students

Residents must provide at least 2 weeks' written notice before ending the agreement. If a resident moves out before completing the minimum stay specified in the agreement, a 2-week break fee applies.

Occupancy fees are charged weekly. Partial weeks are pro-rated using the daily rate (weekly rent ÷ 7 × number of days stayed). Rent must be paid at least one week in advance.
