Students must notify the management at least 3 weeks before the scheduled move-in date if they wish to cancel their booking due to not obtaining a visa. Failure to provide the required notice will result in the loss of the security deposit, and applicable break fees will apply. Early termination by students
Students who terminate their agreement early must either: Find a replacement occupant, or Forfeit the security deposit and pay an additional 2–4 weeks' occupancy fee as a break fee, depending on the circumstances. The security deposit cannot be used towards the final occupancy fees.

Payment and Fees
Security Deposit
A security deposit equivalent to 2 weeks' occupancy fee is required. The security deposit must be paid to secure the booking. The security deposit will be processed within 10 days of the vacate date, subject to the terms of the occupancy agreement. The security deposit cannot be used towards the final occupancy fees.

Rent must be paid fortnightly, in advance.

Bank transfer. Credit card payments are accepted upon request.
Additional Fees
Optional bedding package: $300. Lost key and lockout charges apply. Fire alarm tampering charge: $200 (excluding any NSW Fire fines). False fire alarm charges imposed by authorities may be passed on to the responsible occupant. Wi-Fi extender call-out fee: $150. Room viewing refusal after giving notice to vacate: $500 compensation. Laundry charges may apply where coin-operated machines are installed. Break fees apply for early termination.
