The booking is complete once the agreement is signed and full payment is received. Booking monies are due seven days before the start date, unless otherwise agreed. Suite payment and utilities may be calculated proportionally depending on the start date.
Security Deposit
A deposit equivalent to five weeks' rent is required. The deposit is held with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS).

The available payment options are full payment, quarterly payment, and monthly payment.
